LifeSprings Journey through Esther
The book of Esther is a dramatic historical account that led to the establishment of Purim, a spring festival of the Jewish people. This intriguing story includes suspense, political gamesmanship, heroes and villains, tragedies and victories – even a beauty contest. Strangely enough, “God” is never mentioned but He is the principle character behind everything that takes place. The book of Esther has much to teach His people, not just women, about the way He uses those committed to Him and what we can do to find His way through life struggles.
LifeSprings generally meets 6:00pm-8:30pm Sunday nights. We start with a meal, read the Bible text for the night, discuss passage, and pray–all taking place in loving relationships and with lots of laughter.
