The Chosen - the Basics

The Chosen is a television like drama, the first-ever multi-season series depicting the life and times of Jesus Christ. The third season is in production right now and tens of millions around the world have begun watching the 40 minute episodes from seasons one and two – and they won’t stop talking about it. Producer Dallas Jenkins gives us a fresh portrayal of Jesus and how He interacted with people. Each episode gives us a greater understanding of the people in Jesus’ world and how/why they interacted with him.

This Fall, September 12 through October 31, LifeSprings is going to work it’s way through the 8 episodes of season one. We will meet from 6-8pm each Sunday evening, which will allow us enough time to get to know each other, watch a 40-minute episode and then take a few minutes to discuss the experience and what it means to us.

For the three Sunday is September we are planning to meet at the Boehm’s house (1410 Meadowlawn Dr., Macedonia). If possible (weather permitting) we will sit in the back yard in a comfortable outdoor setting for our meetings. Beginning in October, if not sooner, we will move to an indoor location yet to be announced.
